confirm if an exchange is available. In most cases an exchange would be available within two working days but
were this is not possible our sales advisor will go through our alternative solutions for you.
If an exchange is available and you’re happy to proceed with this service then you will have to decide if
you’d like to collect your turbocharger or have it sent via our next day delivery service and inform our sales
advisor. In instances where the old unit is being returned to us as a later date a surcharge for the old unit will
be payable (please note that this varies between turbochargers). Once payment is received your turbocharger
will be shipped via our next day delivery service.
Please inform our sales advisor how you intend to return the old turbocharger unit. We are happy to
arrange a collection but this is chargeable and will be deducted from any refunds due. When we have the old
turbocharger back you will be contacted to arrange a refund of the surcharge minus any fees were applicable

provide you with an approximate cost based on the information you provide i.e. what symptoms the car is
showing. If you are happy to proceed you will need to let our sales advisor know if you’d like to use our
collection service, or alternatively you can post the turbocharger yourself or drop it off at our workshop.
We will conduct a free, no obligation assessment to confirm the fault and give you a guaranteed price
to repair it before we carry out any work. We endeavour to have all turbochargers assessed and ready to leave
our workshop within 3 working days. In instances were this is not possible you will be kept fully informed on
the progress of your turbocharger.
We will call you when your turbocharger is ready to arrange the collection or delivery. If you decide to
use our next day courier service, your turbocharger will be boxed up and sent out that day providing it is
before 2pm.

If you are happy then you can place your order. You will be informed at this point if the old unit needs
to be returned to us or not, please note a surcharge may be payable which again you will be advised of. If
you’d prefer to collect from our workshop please let our sales advisor know.
